LAVISH FEMME SHIPPING POLICY

We understand how exciting it is to receive a new package, so we strive to process and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.


IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING HOUSTON LOCAL PICKUP

Houston Local Pickup is governed by a separate policy with its own scheduling requirements and terms.

Customers selecting or inquiring about Local Pickup must review the full Local Pickup Policy before placing an order:

All Local Pickup orders are subject exclusively to the policies outlined on that page.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed and verified within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be extended during sales, holidays, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, product launches, and other high-volume periods.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and hand off orders to the carrier. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be modified or canceled.


SHIPPING TIMES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping times begin after order processing is complete.

Estimated delivery dates for each available shipping option are displayed at checkout after the shipping address is entered.

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless the shipping option is explicitly marked as guaranteed.

Guaranteed delivery applies only to shipping options that are clearly labeled as “Guaranteed” at checkout.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

Best option for urgent, time-sensitive orders.

Note: Local Pickup is not a shipping method and follows a separate policy and scheduling process.


GUARANTEED DELIVERY TERMS

Guaranteed delivery applies only to Expedited, Express, and Ultra Express (VIP) shipping options.

Delivery guarantees may be voided due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Payment verification or fraud review delays
Customer-requested order changes or holds
Carrier delays, weather events, or service disruptions

Guaranteed delivery refers to the delivery date shown at checkout once the order has shipped and does not include processing time unless otherwise stated.


ORDER UPDATES, ADDRESS CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Customers have a 1-hour window after placing an order to request address changes, order updates, or cancellations.

Requests must be emailed to info@lavishfemme.com with the subject line “Address Change” or “Order Update.”

After the 1-hour window or once an order has entered processing, changes and cancellations are not guaranteed and are often not possible.

If we are unable to verify an address and cannot reach the customer after multiple attempts, the order may be canceled and refunded.


SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.


RETURNED PACKAGES / INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address provided at checkout, or if the carrier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the order will be processed as a return once received and inspected.

In these cases, store credit will be issued for the item(s) only. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

If the customer wishes to have the order resent, a new order must be placed using the correct address.


DELIVERED PACKAGES

If tracking shows an order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Lavish Femme is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier and does not issue refunds or replacements in these cases.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in shipping costs.
