LAVISH FEMME RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Lavish Femme. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review carefully before purchasing.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for return consideration, items must be:
• New, unworn, and unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, or any signs of wear
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Unaltered, unadjusted, and unrepaired
All returns are inspected upon arrival.
Items that do not meet these standards will be rejected and will not qualify for store credit.
If a return is rejected due to condition, the customer may request to have the item shipped back. A $5.99 reshipping fee will apply and must be paid prior to dispatch. If no response is received within 7 days of rejection notice, the item will be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Returns requested or received outside of this window will not be accepted.

Return requests submitted by email will not be accepted.
If you experience technical issues, contact info@lavishfemme.com for assistance before the 14-day window expires.
RETURN SHIPPING & RESTOCKING FEE
A $7.99 restocking and handling fee applies to all approved returns.
This fee covers:
• Inspection and quality control
• Processing and restocking
• Prepaid return shipping label
The fee will be deducted from the issued store credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
STORE CREDIT
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
• Store credit never expires
• Store credit may be used toward any future purchase
Lavish Femme does not issue refunds to the original payment method.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different size or item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
FINAL SALE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
• Sale items
• Clearance or marked-down items
• Accessories (including jewelry)
• Swimwear
• Intimates and shapewear
Due to hygiene standards, intimate garments must be tried on over undergarments. Items showing signs of direct wear, stretching, or unsanitary condition will be rejected.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photo or video evidence.
A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw present prior to wear or use.
If approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECT
We do not issue credit for:
• Items that appear worn or stretched
• Damage caused by improper fit or forced wear
• Rips, tears, or seam stress caused during try-on
• Zipper or hardware stress from sizing issues
Sizing issues are not considered defects. Please review size charts carefully before purchasing.
WARDROBING & POLICY ABUSE
Wardrobing (wearing an item and attempting to return it) is strictly prohibited.
Items showing signs of wear, scent, stretching, or misuse will be rejected.
Customers suspected of repeated policy abuse may be restricted from future purchases at our discretion.
RETURNED TO SENDER / INCORRECT ADDRESS
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be processed as returns upon receipt.
• Store credit will be issued for eligible item(s) only
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
If reshipment is requested, a new order must be placed.
PRICING ADJUSTMENTS
We do not offer retroactive price adjustments.
DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
Customers are required to contact us before filing a dispute.
In the event of a chargeback, Lavish Femme reserves the right to submit order confirmation, delivery confirmation, policy acceptance, and communication records to the issuing financial institution.
