Local pickup is available by appointment only for customers in the Houston, Texas area.
This is a pickup location only — it is not a retail store.
In-person shopping, browsing, and try-ons are not permitted.
How Local Pickup Works
After placing your order online, you must schedule your pickup appointment using the form below:

Walk-ins are not permitted.
The pickup address will be provided only after your appointment has been confirmed.
Pickup Availability

Same-day pickup is not available

Pickup days: 7 days per week (Sunday-Saturday)

Available time windows will be provided during scheduling

All appointments are subject to availability
Pickup Timeframe
Orders must be picked up within 7 days of purchase.
Orders not collected within this timeframe may be canceled and issued as store credit.
Refunds are not issued for uncollected pickup orders.

Try-ons, fittings, and order changes are not permitted at pickup

Orders are handed off exactly as purchased online

Local pickup orders are not eligible for shipping promotions

Orders under $125 include a non-refundable $5.99 handling and preparation fee, displayed at checkout. This fee may appear as “Standard Shipping” in the cart.
Once Local Pickup is selected and the pickup form is completed, the order will not be shipped and must be collected via Local Pickup.
